Applicant Guidelines - Overview

The "Do Right" Scholarship, established by the Ridgeland High School PTO in honor of Mr. Lee Boozer, awards two graduating RHS seniors $1,500 each for demonstrating integrity, leadership, and commitment to doing what's right. This packet includes all required components for students, recommenders, and counselors.

Scholarship Criteria

To qualify, applicants must:
•    Be a graduating RHS senior
•    Have a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or higher
•    Exhibit strong character, leadership, and exemplary attendance/discipline
•    Be involved in school activities, community service, or employment
•    Have a parent/guardian who is a paid member of the RHS PTO
•    Submit proof of acceptance to a community college, trade school, or 4-year college
•    Submit all materials no later than April 2, 2026.
